Steam palyers have access to plenty mods amonut . I also want theese mods . I also have payed money!!!

Try https://steamworkshopdownloader.io/ - it seems that the devs have changed policy.

Steamworks is part of the Steam drm:
Often games forbid mods is they are not from/for Steam.
And so, editors controle the mods, which are not very good, and so editors can sell more DLCs.
