When I launch the program, a pop-up window appears that states the following:

"Galaxy Updater encountered an error and could not continue: Updater could not download update metadata."

After I click Ok, the GOG Launcher 0.1.0.456 window opens for the game, but it's listed as being offline.

This is the first time this has ever happened to me, and I purchased the game on Day 1. Any ideas on what's causing this and the solution?

That error is because the Galaxy client is outdated, check your email if you receive a key to add the Galaxy alpha to your account, if not write to support and they will give you a key.

Thank you for the reply. I realized this was the case this morning when I received the Galaxy alpha e-mail.

Mysterio: Thank you for the reply. I realized this was the case this morning when I received the Galaxy alpha e-mail.
This is now fixed s The Witcher Adventure Game no longer has the outdated Galaxy bits :)

Why is there no update thread on this game. I would have played a lot more if it didn't disconnect so often and if it did, a way to rejoin the current game.

In multiplayer I mean.

I have a little problem with my witcher adventure game.
I bought this game in polish version in Poland and when I try launch game I see this "Galaxy Updater encountered an error and could not continue: Updater could not download update metadata"
This is boxed version of the game and I don't have key or something.
Someone can help me ?
