Ok maybe I've found the solution. I changed the FPS limitation from 60 FPS to unlimited and ... no more crash or freeze so far !

Eric368: I'm getting constant freezes, can hardly play 10-15 minutes without it locking up and the only way out is task manager.

AMD 6300 Six Core
16 GB RAM
Geforce GTX 960 with today's driver
I can play only couple of minutes, Reminds me of a mess with the Bioshock Infinite.

I started using borderless window mode and changed my FPS to unlimited and my game has been flawless. I was having crashes every 20-25 minutes, and I haven't had one in 3 hours now.

I'm having same isssue. Game freezed for me like 4-5 times now.
My specs : i5 2500k, 8gb ram and geforce 970 :/ so im starting to see a pattern here.
