Hi this is gogwitcher300

I would like to ask about the order of installation for dlc's, addon's & patches.
Because last time when I started The Witcher 3, I had some quest bugs, which were about
"The Tower Outta Nowheres" quest, and the quest which involves new set of armor dlc, "Wolven Witcher Gear"
I couldn't start the quest, nor could i finish the The Tower Outta Nowheres quest.

If this is because I installed the new content in wrong order or is it because the Newgame+ has a bug
than please help me solve this problem.

Try it that way (support gave me that order a few weeks ago):

1. Main game
2. Language pack (if you need one)
3. Patch
4. DLC
5. Expansion Pack 1

1. Main game ??

I just bought Witcher 3 the wild hunt from best buy for the PC - it comes with 3 discs.....
Are they all the Main Game?
The install instructions don't even mention discs 2 and 3

and how do I figure out what version y I have so I can choose the right patch?

I don't own the retail, but I would do the follow: Install your game from disc (I assume you will need all three of them during installation, it's a huge amount of data), then download the newest patch and install it as well.

Then, if you want, you can install the free DLC from GOG and, if you own it, the first expansion, Hearts of Stone.
