Greetings All,
Unlike some poor folk who seem to have had various issues, I am lucky to have had zero issues thus far with 70+ hours in game, and this being with the graphics card that is the exact minimum to be able to play (ATI 7870).

I love the game as the best of the Witcher series, and I love the whole thing. (Hint DEVS: Would definitely play in a Witcher World MMO as multiple Witchers, a sorc or two, a witch hunter, etc)

All that being said, there *are* things that I would dearly love to see in Witcher 3 as soon as possible, and I encourage any who read this thread to add good ideas to it (not real or perceived bug fixes, those go without saying):

1. A BANK to store stuff, even pay rent on if necessary, say with the dwarf in Novigrad? I currently have 130 max inventory, and I'm constantly carrying around 120ish at all times, part of that being carrying around the full Griffin armor and weapon set so I'll have it when I finally get the upgrade diagrams. I can't bear to trim down my alchemy supplies because 'some' of it is dang hard to find. Witchers move around, and yeah they mostly don't have homes but I'm pretty sure they don't always keep everything they own in their saddlebags. Or they shouldn't anyway.

2. The *OPTION* to have NORTH always at the top of my mini-map. I absolutely loath the mini-map as it is now

3. A biggie here, DLC/Expansion idea: After having beat the game as Geralt, give us the opportunity to play as a custom Witcher, even if we can only do secondary quests and Witcher contracts and no main quests, or even better, add new main quests for these new Witchers. As great as the game is, as huge as it is, and as stellar as the quest writing and voice acting is, I'm concerned about long term replayability (and I'm nowhere near the end of the game). I have 1500+ hours in Skyrim because I get wild hairs and make new characters, and I have mods that put Witcher abilities, dual swords and even eye textures in Skyrim. I want that kind of replayability in Witcher 3.

...and yeah, I'll say it again, Witcher MMO!

Torrix: 2. The *OPTION* to have NORTH always at the top of my mini-map.
This is one of my pet peeves, as well. It is bloody annoying to not know where north is, just because the frickin' mini map rotates with the player. A map is a map; a reference, and that reference should be fixed.
Adding:

5. Ability to make custom map markers complete with text that are persistent and editable.

6. Ability in options to decide if WE want Geralt (or any character) to automatically sheath his sword or only sheath it manually. (Too many times I end up in a big fight swinging my fists while the enemy swings swords).

Er, there's already an option to disable the minimap rotation. :P

On the PC version? I can't find it so help is appreciated.

EDIT: Thanks for the info Jacob, found it.

As "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" is our send-off for Geralt I would love to have more interactions and quests (within and/or outside of the main stories scope) with Geralt and his friends and loved ones (Ciri, Yennefer, Triss, Vesemir, Dandelion, Zoltan and others).
I would even pay for such an expansion with some side stories and/or memories of Geralt and his friends and loved ones.

P.S. Also I would love to have proper storage/stash option ingame (like we had in "The Witcher" and later in "The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings") and more inventory sorting/filtering options.

I don't think they'll let you create your own witcher as they are a dying breed.

And I couldn't disagree with you more, no Witcher MMO! You can't tell stories like this in an MMO which is why this game is so great, a proper solo experience is increasingly rare in today's market.

I agree wholeheartedly. I would love a bunch of "fill in the blanks" quests that further illustrates Geralt's relationship with his friends and love interests, because you're right, this is his send-off, and I want it to be astoundingly good (no Cmdr Shepard endings please!)

@ Nicbongo:

For some reason, it won't let me reply to your post, so trying it this way.

Witchers a dying breed? Says who? Who said a Witcher MMO had to be after Geralt's time and not before it? Or during it? Or any opportune time the Devs decide on?

As a long time Elder Scrolls fan, I couldn't disagree with you more, because Elder Scrolls Online has proven to be a great game, and many ES fans gnashed their teeth endlessly thinking it was going to ruin ES (myself included) but it proved to not be the case. So, as also a Witcher fan from the very beginning, our choice here is simple: It all ends here, or we hope for more and with that hope that CDPR will want to continue their own success. I prefer to not let the world of Witcher end here, regardless of how good it is. Furthermore, the writing and storytelling in general in Star Wars The Old Republic, completely voice acted, has been and is top notch, telling very good stories, so yeah, it can be done, and with the work ethic of CDPR, it can be done very well. So respectfully sir, you're wrong.

You make a good point Torrix about it being set in the time before the adventures of Geralt. During his time though there is a distinct lack of witchers, the games are consistent here with the books. Even with that though, I still disagree. You bought up TOR/KOTOR, I would take anyday a proper single player KOTOR 3 than the MMO that was offered. I would apply the same to warcraft and even elder scrolls (despite not being a massive fan). My main gripe being it's hard to get involved in a world when you it's shared. You can't all be Geralt/Revan etc so the story never seems as significant. That's always been my experience anyway.

I can't see CDPR going that route with this IP. After Witcher it's Cyberpunk which is rumoured to be even bigger than W3, have a feeling there will be more social aspects of this game as it's based upon an old school table top game (I think?). Which will be great as it's made by CDPR.

For me, after this game and it's expansions I wont be gaming so much so happy to leave on the massive high that has been this game/series.
hm expansion wishlist...

1) First of all Shani as an alternative to Triss and Yen. Can't trust sorceresses.

2) Let the player decide whom to give liberated settlements. Might even want to add some sort of faction points which influence their atitude towards the player. Could also have effects on the end of the story... for eg.: if you give liberated provinces entirely to the scoiatel they will form their own realm, etc. Much space here.

3) A 5th Armour upgrade (unless I have overlooked it). Lvl 30 mastercrafted is the last as far as I am aware, but given that we can reach lvl 50 a lvl 45 upgrade would be appreciated.

4) include the scoiatel more in the game (for eg. with point 2). Some players have chosen them in part 1 and 2 and now they have largly disappeared (found 2 camps so far without any conversation option. Could also bring in Iorveth, Turuvial and Yearwin (hope I got the spelling right^^).

5) also would appreciate the ability to make notes on the map. For example noting the monster level of a place would help you to know when to go the place.

Finally I appologize for any spelling or grammarical mistakes as I am no native speaker.
Dice Poker
I would like to see the following:

1) An expansion that deals with Vergen, Saskia, Iorveth, and the Scoia'tael. Is Upper Aedirn an independent non-human state or are the non-humans still struggling for their freedom? For instance, if Upper Aedirn is an independent state, do the Scoia'tael become the fantasy equivalent of Mossad? Or if Henselt crushed Vergen in the Witcher 2, is Saskia leading a new rebellion, possibly one supported by Nilfgaard?

2) A paid DLC that allows you to renovate an abandonned fortress (e.g. Hindhold) into a place in which you can store armour, show off trophies, etc. Contrary to, say, Skyrim's Hearthfire there would be a number of quests related to renovating and maintaining your new home. I want to be able to spend my 35K crowns on something substantial. (And before anyone accuses me of being a lore-unfriendly, Elder Scrolls fanatic, just know that I am not at all Skyrim fan).
1) More people to play Gwent with and more cards to find, maybe a whole new faction to play?

2) Id like to see more of the Nilfgardian how treats their occupied territories. So id want to see lands further to
the south.

NO WAY. NEVER AN MMO! :D Perish the thought! Don't even mention that. The money guys at CDPR will see this and maybe try to force it. Just like in the beginning they tried to make a Diablo clone in the Witcher setting. Thank the gods for the creative developers in CDPR! You know what would be better? CO_OP mode for 2 people! @_@ I would eat Drowner's liver for such a feature!
