Hej,

I installed Witcher 3 again, after I upgraded much of my hardware and the game crashed 3 times now. Straight to desktop, no message, or something like that. The prologue is barely over and it gets annoying.
I found out this problem exists quite a while...any ideas on that, in 2019?

How frequent are the crashes? Does it happen always in the same moment or is it random? Start with verifying the game files in GOG Galaxy. Experiment with different graphics settings. If it doesn't help you might want to try changing your graphics drivers. It can be helpful especially if you have an Nvidia graphics card and are using drivers from the 4xx series.

What are your PC specs?

I would piggyback on this - I have lately both very frequent crashes (usually when cinematics end, but often when looting)

(R7 1700x, Vega 56 graphics)

also today whenever I try to "reinstall" it, it creates server error about every single minute.

Restarting and reinstalling Galaxy did not help at all...

Restarting and reinstalling Galaxy did not help at all...
You should then try to download the offline installers. It might help.
