Downloaded witcher 3 to my laptop through browser (win 7 32). Transferred data to another computer (win 7 64). Downloaded launch file for win 7 64. However, upon launch it says that the data is corrupted. Is there any way to see which data is corrupte? How can I solve this problem?

I'm not sure there is a way to check "what" is corrupted. Did you already try to repair the game/client? Did you also make sure you installed it into the right path and made no error?

the problem is that my laptop runs on win 32 whilst my computer runs on 64. So when I downloaded through browser, the web site gave me files for win 32. I transferred data through usb flash drive to my computer, then it says file corrupted. However, when I try to install the downloaded game to my laptop, it runs smoothly.
Therefore, I am curious, were all my files that I downloaded were meant for win 32 or can I convert them to 64?

there's no 32 bit witcher 3. when you transfer it, you're corrupting it. make sure if, for example, you safely eject usbs or take safewty measures while transfeering data
