I have a glitch that wont let me continue further in the quest. where do I report? im in brothers in arms. somehow I failed roches quest to save his girl or w.e. so game says go talk to roche, I talk to him and he declines to help me at kaer mhor. however game wont stop saying talk to roche no matter how many times I talk to him. and ive tried just bypassing it and it wont work. help pls?

Annoyingly, anything you post here isn't likely to get to CDPR. Be it the forum or the support page on gog.com.

Your best bet is to go here: http://en.cdprojektred.com/contact-support/ Even then they don't seem to be in a hurry to fix things unless a lot of people report them.

I've submitted a few bugs to them already and found out that, apparently, if you live in the US, even though you bought the game on gog.com, which is a company they own, you are requested to submit your issues to Warner Bros.
