I've just gotten past the battle where you kill the hags as Ciri and one flew away.
Where'd that thing go?

If she doesn't appear in one of the Add-ons which I highly doubt since those are not part of the main story it is like that, I played the game 3 times with different decissions and I didn't meet her again after that battle.

But maybe we'll get to kill her in that last expansion.

The in-game character entry has no definitive answer either. :-s

Not strictly true. You can meet her again on one optional path (and get to kill her).
