I have to get 2 monster eyes to make my Griffin Armor. I've been roaming around for 3 hours, killing everything on my path. I never seem to get any eyes, only brains, ears, hearts etc..
Any idea if there's an 'easy' way to get them?

Fight nekkers. If you get "nekker eyes", take them to a smith or armorer and have them dismantled.
