I... Killed her. In Roche path. And i let Sille die, which was "merciful", as i learned from 3's strategy guide (and Letho's words in 2).

I liked her a lot, but she was the pawn of the Lodge. That was exactly why i cut her down, without thinking ANYTHING else, like how much i liked her, etc. I hate those ugly, conceited hags, the sorceresses. Hiring Letho to kill Demavend did it for me, putting the tip on the iceberg.

Anything under their control was to be naturally the target of my blade.

Sure, i would have spared AND cured her, if i went Iorveth, but i didn't. Roche path is canon. Henselt dies anyway at 3, so it is a real waste not killing him in 2 and avenging the poor brigade. And i am going to help Roche kill Radovid, too. I was waiting for this moment, ever since i learned he was working with Salamandra in 1.

Maybe in the season pass we will find out. Many people speculate that and mention her and season pass, all in the same sentence.

There is a dialogue with Philippa in TW3 about Saskia.

However I was not too happy with it. Because in my TW2 game, I cured Saskia and let her live. My favourite character after all. And I imported this save. But in the dialogue with Philippa, Geralt actually asks Philippa if Saskia managed to get herself free of Philippa's spell. Dammit he should not ask that when he was the one who cured that spell.
Then Philippa says she lost control of Saskia when the war broke out, and does not know where she is.

So on one hand, I was at least glad to see a reference to her.

On the other, I was sad the reference ignored that I cured her.
^I read just enough of your post to learn that I am quite close to hearing her name mentioned! I'm about to start that quest to find Philipa! Hella stoked!

Also, if this hasn't been mentioned yet (thread got long and I'll confess I haven't been following it consistently), there's also mention, briefly, of Saskia and her role in Aedern in the book "Diary of a Sword Swallower [or is it fire eater?]"

I'm a little bit irked that there wasn't more of a consequence to my actions in w2, but I guess that's to be expected...they're still doing a better job with continuity than, for example, the mass effect series, wherein each sequel ret-conned everything of relevance out of the game before it.

sariaen: Well Roche was asking for it. Sadly I had to agree with Dijkstra...letting whole North go for the sake of not independent country...or independent on paper only :P

That means we will see Ves.

Goodmongo: This was the single hardest decision I had in the game. I mean Roche came to your aid to fight for you and defend Ciri. Of course he was making a bad choice. But could I let him die? yet if I saved him that means Nilfgaard wins the war. What a mess.
Well if you help Roche then Nilfgrad will let Temeria exist as a semi independent enclave because the Guerillia attacks from Roche become to problematic.

If you help Dijkstra he rules the North and he is not exactly better than Nilfgaard.

For people who picked the Roche path there's no mention of Anais or for that matter any La-Vallette who shows up at all in TW2 if you spare Aryan. For some reason Mary Louisa is a semi-important supporting character in 3 though, even though you can miss meeting her completely in TW2 and she only shows up in the prologue.
Well i killed her in The Witcher 2.

I mean how can he possibly be better than an empire that believes in slavery and cultural genocide.
