For some reason, in my library the game name is not "The Wither 3:Wild Hunt" its "Wither 3:Wild Hunt, The" anyone else has this problem?

Not a bug, that's correct behavior. It's there in order for games with "The" in front of their names to not be ordered in one big pile, but rather by their actual titles. When you're searching for all Witcher games in your library, it's more natural to search under "W" and find them all there as opposed to be looking for them under the letter "T"
