I have a save I want to import but I believe I made the wrong choice with Letho... Is there a way I can change that without recreating the save?

Question: Can I import a save and still simulate one of the bigger decisions?

EDIT: Obviously it's not wrong or right but I don't like the choice I made after pondering it a bit.

I dont know if u can both import AND decide again, but what i did is not importing and sometime at the start (after white orchard me'think) u get the option to make those decisions
