haven't played for a while, so when i started again 2 nights ago the game shut down on me twice without warning and some of the novigradians are blue (they actually look quite funny!). when i run the verify/repair option, it takes ages to check through all the files then comes up with 'server error, retry'. is it better to just uninstall/reinstall?

if it's quicker to re-install then go for it. you have to remember, if it is an issue over the weekend, nobody is going to be around to fix it till they start work again
