Hello. Do any of you know if it is possible to turn off the loading screen explanation / story summarization by Dandelion each time you load a save or start up the game? This would have been useful if I played the game once a month, but since it's just hours since I last played every time I do this - I really don't need the summary.

Just a little thing that is getting on my nerves, not a big problem, but it would be nice if I could turn it off. I searched the options, couldn't find anything.

Help in resolving this matter would be much appreciated, but unlike a Witcher contract; there is no reward.

Just an idea: maybe some of the settings in the "user.settings" file may help; I think the [LoadingScreen/Editor], [LoadingScreen] and [LoadingOverlay/TCR] sections look the most likely ones.
If it works, please post the solution here...

Thanks for the tip. Went to C/Users/User/Documents/TheWitcher3/ -> User.settings.
I did mess around with a few things, although I was not able to skip the loading screen, I was able to shorten it.

Here is what I did:

[LoadingScreen/TCR]
ShowProgress=false <- Changed from true.

[LoadingScreen]
FadeInTime=0 <- Changed from a higher value.
SkipShowWithAnyKey=true
GameRevealTime=0 <- Changed from a higher value.
SkipHideDelay=3
SkipInputDelay=0.25
FadeOutTime=0 <- Changed from a higher value.
SkipAutoshow=true <- Changed from false.

To be perfectly honest I have no idea what I'm doing, but it seems that after these changes the loading screen appears a bit faster, goes away a bit faster, and it is skip-able around half way through.
And yet esc key takes me straight to load game.(strange)

Yeah,fair enough but some people have been having same problem on PC.
Found a way to solve my problem. There's a mod for it that worked perfectly. If you want it too then you can find it on nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/66/?

Edit: Unfortunatly I can not mark my problem as solved as I solved it myself. Oh well.
