Any way to fix this? I manually downloaded the 1.08 patch a while back and Galaxy still does not recognize I have it installed. I would rather not have to download 7.5GB for a patch I already have.

Click on the Witcher 3 on the left side of galaxy, click the drop down menu and click configure. Then turn off auto updates.

Just more information on this:
It is not the patch Galaxy tries to download. It tries to download all the extras of Witcher 3 (even if you don't ask for it- you are not alone with this bug). Do what paladin181 said as a workaround.
