Why are there map icons for notice boards in Toussaint when they're aren't any? There are icons on the map and on the minimap but when I go the location there's nothing there. Yet I picked up a quest randomly by talking to someone who assumed Geralt had seen the man's notice, well no I didn't because there aren't any.

In all those images Geralt is standing in front of where a notice board should be according to the maps. WTF is going on?
My apologies for the crudity of the images, it does not appear to be possible to screenshot without using Nvidia Ansel and it removes the minimap which I wanted in shot.

I can't drop it, can't transfer it to storage, can't sell it. Can't get rid of it basically.
