I started an NG+, I'm more than halfway through it now and just completed The Last Wish quest. Problem is, as soon as I collect Uma (in Ugly Baby quest), The Last Wish fails even though I've already completed it. I've tried removing console files and mods along with disabling alternate look for Yen and then redoing the quest but it didn't work. This bug has only appeared on the current patch (1.08.4), and I never encountered it in my previous playthroughs.

Did anyone face a similar problem and was successful in fixing this? If so, please let me know. I'm not too keen on restarting NG+ from scratch just to fix this annoying bug.

From what ive heard its only a quest log glitch, has no effect on game progress.
