Ok i never played the witcher before this game,so my question is what happind to yen at tne end of the game,and cri,and triss,all that happind was we reached the top with yen she said she wanted to get away together if we make it out i said ill go anywhere witn her,cri goes in and ends up in the snow,now at the end the do a narritive about the quween of siillabe i think and the war and all that. But i got nothin on yen or triss or cri except when doing the warewolf mission he said shes dead,so whats up

Sounds like you got the bad ending, I got it too in my first playthrough, I suggest consulting the official Witcher forums:

re not supposed to know what happens to anyone)
Maybe you can get a good ending in NG+ now

Ok. Then new question does the gameplay world change or is any different with the endings

The gameplay will not change, whatever ending you get. For example: i've got the best ending (Ciri becomes a witcher).
if you' get this ending, you'll be able to decide (if you made some sidequests before) who wins a war. But no matter what you decide (even if you let the empire to win), after the ending (during free play) the world will be as it was before the battle for Kaer Morhen. I mean: Redanians will be still controling Novigrad and screaming "Long live Radovid", even if he is dead. On the one hand, it makes no sense, but on the other hand, this helps to let some sidequests that you have probably missed, to be available even after the ending.
