Heya! It seems to me that this skill is SUPER OP. The regen out of combat is INSANE. It makes all food POINTLESS. So, guys, what do you think? Does it ruin all the challenge? TY!
It sounds like it might be convenient, but I get more food than I need from wolves and dogs alone, let alone food from containers. Does Sun and Stars require a skill slot? If it does, I think I would prefer using that slot on something else.
Nope. I dont know how slowly you're walking around, but even with S&S on I still find it just as much a challenge and a I ran out of food long ago...
Kind of depends on the way you play the game I suppose.. S+S is only 10 points per second from what I remember.. If I have 4500 vitality, which I did at level 2 or 3.. that would take around 7 or so minutes to recharge fully from near zero vitality.. so, sure.. in some cases you're going to be riding back to town and doing some other stuff that takes 7 minutes and so get your vitality back up to 100% before your next combat.. but that's only with 4500 vitality and as far as I remember you can't further develop that skill can you?

I think S+S is good for when you have totally run out of all food, drink and other potions and you don't have the time or ability to go find/buy some food due to your current state in a quest or other. And as Chevy says.. it uses up a skill slot..

It's an "optional" enhancement.. nothing more. Choose it or don't. I don't agree that it's over powered though. I have not chosen to use it myself.
title should read

""Sun and stars" is completely necessary and makes Death March and Blood and Broken Bones fun and playable!

there fixed that for you ;)

it was the first skill i picked and i have yet to not use it
hey i never try it beat the game using this skill maybe i should give it a chance, especially using healing and regeneration skills.
like the Gourmet or the enchantments from dlc herts of stone like Invigoration
Placation
Dumplings
I don't think I got to use Sun and stars in my playthrough but I became so dependent on Gourmet that at some point I removed the skill just to give me a challenge.

As mentioned by ChevyNoel, there's certainly no shortage of food in this game. But at the very beginning in White Orchard I didn't know it so, just to be sure, I started hunting rabbits instead of talking to Vesemir, just to make sure I'd have some emergency reserves. :D
