If i buy DLC on steam to The Wicher 3 Wild Hunt are they going to be there, of course I have this game no GOG. Please help

DLC's from Steam won't work with the GOG version of the game. I'm not even sure whether you'll get access to them if you don't have the base game there.

I have a somewhat related question... does all the free dlc you see in Steam come with the Game of the Year edition in gog? Any content that doesn't come with the gog game of the year?

GOTY version has everything: all of the expansion packs and free DLC. This is true for GOG and Steam version as well.
