At home, i have a home cinema with a Samsung led TV and a Yamaha Amplifier/Reciever in one room and my main PC in another room. If i connect my laptop on the amplifier (HDMI), i can play The Witcher 3 on it with the benefits of home cinema. When the TV is not available, i play on my PC. But, the problem is that since the save game folder is not shared, my progression is not the same on both PCs.
Do you know if its possible the share the save games folder between two PC ?
Thanks a lot.

There's several ways. I will link you here.
Thanks a lot, but i know how to share folders. I have a NAS connected to my LAN, so you can imagine that i have a lot of shared folders.
My question is : how to modify settings in The Witcher 3 in order to share the save games folder ?

You can't do it in settings. The Witcher looks for its saves in %DOCUMENTS%\The Witcher 3\saves\ , so I would imagine making a symbolic link pointing to that folder should work.
