My save games from Witcher 2 were lost when my last computer kicked the bucket. I did both chapter play throughs but I'd like a save game from Iorveths path. I'm fuzzy on the detail but I know I didn't kill the dragon and wouldn't have completely every imaginable side quest. I don't need the super duper best weapons because I didn't get them myself, just an average play through on this path?

Many thanks!

Haven't used dropbox before, I hope this works: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0ip2mat9kemfjsc/AutoSave_0276.sav?dl=0

(if that doesnt work let me know, I'll try to host it somewhere else)

(Spoiler Warning)
I did Iorveths Path, I killed Stennis (evil jerk prince), Saved Phillipa Eilhart and Sile De Tanserville. I saved and removed the charm on the Dragon (Saskia), and I let Letho live. My thinking was the more people alive when I play Witcher 3 the more content I might get to enjoy. I'd love to see Letho again personally, he was a bro. I'd also recommend watching the conversation with Letho right at the end of the game, he reveals a lot of important stuff that will be relevant in Witcher 3.

I didnt have the best armor because making the Vran armor required losing my current armor which was great for a Sign build. I didn't have the "Best" weapons but they were probably 2nd best.

I have a similar savegame. But I save Stennis, everything else it's the same.

I did have the best armor and weapons, 'cause I played in Dark, but I read that none armor or weapons would be transferred to W3.

Here it's my final autosave and a 2 more a few minutes before that.

Yeah I initially saved Stennis too because even though I found out that the chalice was poisoned and that Stennis's priest was the one who did it under orders from Stennis I somehow still didn't have enough evidence. Then later you find out for sure that he was a jerk so I reloaded and ended him :D. I'd rather not see him in Witcher 3.

hey thanks, that is really close to my own game. I killed Stennis to. I needed his blood and he was a d*ck :P Also let Letho live because, well why bother? Sure he had killed foltest, but his death was unlikely to make a difference now and he could be a useful ally. Hopefully him being alive might be important in the Wild Hunt.

Thanks again.

That link is for Witcher 2 EE saves which should work for Witcher 3, all the saves seem completed and they have one for each possibility I believe

I'll take a look thanks
What is the difference between using the savegame from a stranger to just using the utility given to us at the beginning of The Witcher 3 - to let Geralt tell what happened (we can choose what he answers).

Maybe there is no difference. Ps4 users can't import savedata, after all...

Is this confirmed for PC? I'm worried it is a console only feature as PC allows save game importing. I'd really like to know because there is no save game that I can find that has all the same exact choices I made throughout TW1 and TW2.

If PC's only option is save game import or 'full cannon'. I'd rahter play them both again this week.

What choices did you make? Maybe I can give you one of my saves.

TBreaker20: What choices did you make? Maybe I can give you one of my saves.
TW1
- Save the Laboratory
- Escort Vesna
- Help Zoltan
- Do not give weapons to Scoia'tael
- Fought Leo's ghost
- Saved Abigail
- Fought alone in sewers [cockatrice]
- Force Recon - stayed neutral / did not get invovled
- Alvin goes to Triss
- Thaler lives
- Vincent saved and cured
- Bank Robbery - Sided with the Order
- Ripples - Compromise
- Berengar lives
- Stayed netrual in Chapter 4 with the Order and Scoia'tael
- Cured Adda
- Did not allow the King of the Wild Hunt to take Jacques de Aldersberg's soul

TW2
- Newboy lives
- Aryan surrenders
- Worked with Alchemist in Flotsam
- Malena - investigated cave; guilty
- Had a 'bath' with Triss
- Helped the Troll
- Brought She-Troll head to the Troll
- Gave Iorveth his sword
- Sided with Iorveth
- Saved Elf women from burning tower
- Sided with Succubus
- Saved Stennis
- Saved Philippa
- Sile Lives
- Saskia lives
- Letho lives

I know that's a lot to be asking, but I have OCD when it comes to things like this. I know most of that stuff probably won't carry over so if the major choices match up that will be good enough for me.

Basically I stayed neutral wherever possible and saved/cured anyone I could then took the lesser evil when forced to make a decision.. I tired to follow the Witcher's Path as much as I could. That's why I chose Iorveth in TW2, it seemed more like Geralt to take the path that would lead to saving Triss over helping Roche kill Letho.

I'll add mine. Maybe someone could use it: http://www.mediafire.com/download/2i1a3z15kwotdli/gamesaves.rar
I've spared almost everyone in this run. I really want to see if they'll reappear in The Witcher 3.
Aryan La Valette died, so did Stannis at the hand of the raging mob, I took Iorveth's path. Síla was spared and told me about Yen, so was Letho (though I've promised Roche that I'd kill him). I chose to save Triss, and did all I could to fortify the romance between Geralt and Triss (Yennefer is ok but redheads are hot). And, as Witchers don't kill Dragons, Saskia would probably reappear again. Eilhart is alive but blinded, and there'll be a freaking imperial mess to clean up.
I guess that's all there is to it, if I recall correctly.
Ok, seems like it is better to import a save than using the conversation at the end of the prologue to define world state. According to a German gaming magazine (Gamestar) you can only define five things in the dialogue but more things will be imported if you use a savegame.
