Sorry for the title a bit cryptic, now I'll explain. I played and replayed TW3 after just after the release of the game. So I could see the romance is Triss that Yennefer. With the various patches and expansions, something was added to the romance in the base game? Especially with that of Triss, which was a bit "poor" than with Yennefer.

I ask this because now I'm replaying, and wanted to know if you have added something in romance with Triss (other dialogues and so on), or is it still as when the game came out.

There's no interaction scenes with either of them in HoS to my knowledge. Geralt gets to meet Yennefer or Triss at the end of BaW however.

Patch 1.10 added new romance dialogues for Triss in the base game. I didn't romance Triss, so what exactly changed, I couldn't tell you. If you want to see it yourself without playing through the entire game again, you could search something like "witcher 3 1.10 new triss dialogue" in youtube.

In Hearts of Stone, I believe the most you can do with Triss or Yennefer is to ask them to remove Geralt's new scar, but only if you do the HoS quests before beating the main game.

my 1.10 update went wrong and i had the new dialogues missing the dubbing. Dialogues were added to ciri, triss and yen. Ciri comments on the choice of (un)expected partner, Triss i'm unaware of but one dialogue is in Kaer Morhen right after you return with ciri from the isle of mists "shall i give you a moment" that comes from either yen or triss and the following dialogue with the chosen one. There is one added dialogue to the last wish when you return to yennas chamber in the inn. And there is one added dialogue (y+t) right before the battle against the wild hunt, in the nilfgaardian camp.
