How can it be that X Box One Witcher 3 already is available??
I Thought the release should be at the 19.???

Most likely a normal TV add for it. Dosen't mean it's actually available to buy there and then. Shops here in the UK are selling it from the 18th, so as you have it ready for the midnight launch.
