You can craft white gull. You can buy the "Liquor" items it requires from innkeeps. Then the rest from alchemy supply NPCs. I have not come across any merchant selling white gulls. I was stuck there too. Until I decided to just craft it and look for the ingredients.

Yeah, all the Superior-level alchemy stuff needs WG at some point...

I forget where one can pick Balisse fruit (for Nigredo)... Pellar near Blackbough sells it, but beyond that...

White orchard is flush with the stuff. It's the red plants on the ground that look like Beggartick. In fact I think it was an error that beggartick completely replaced Balisse fruit since they look similar and the climates are very similar.

ok, just bought butt loads of mandrake and cherry essense from barkeeps all over the map. lol
