Is there a way to upgrade to the collector's edition?

In my country I've seen "Collector's pack" which contains items from collector's edition but not the game itself.

Collectors Ed is the limited edition physical version, highly unlikely you'll be able to find a copy now as they've been out of stock pretty much everywhere. Though that's not stopped scum bag shops still taking preorders for them.
