IT APPERS THIS MESSAGE,

this application failed to start because no qt platform plugin

I ALREADY INTALLED AND UNISTALED THE GAME TWICE

PLEASE HELP ME

The issue seems to be the red launcher and not the game. Check -> this. It is for Cyberpunk but its the same issue so it is probably going to work for WItcher 3 too. You can try to either reinstal the red launcher or just skip it
