Are there any patch notes ? i know what there meant to be fixing but are there any patch notes of whats been fixed and patched to date./ after a patch ? just asking as i cant relay play anymore till the xp bug is fixed :( thanks

Yes. It's "Changelog" in dropdown menu "More" of game in library.
