In order to install Blood and Wine, I had to do a fresh, manual install, because Galaxy is still crap, couldn't download it, and corrupted my existing install. So I downloaded all of the files, including patches, translations and dlc's, and everything works now. Except the content from the Hearts of Stone has no voices, just text. There are translation files for the Blood and Wine, but not Hearts of Stone.
Follow this order:
1. Install Main game 1.10
2. Install the polish Voice pack
3. important --> start the game now and set languages (polish for dub/sub just to be sure)
4. Install Update 1.10 -> 1.21
5. Install DLC16 / HoS / BaW
6. Install the "additional language pack" for BaW

Good luck

No matter what you do, you need to install your language pack (+ set the language in game) before doing any further updates or expansion installs

This is how it worked for me

I am having this problem with the brazilian portuguese audio. Any solutions for the GOTY edition?

Hi there.
Do you have this issue with all voice over languages or only the Brazilian and Portuguese ones?

Only the brazilian voice overs. I didn't install the other language packs.

Hi again.
So, if I am getting this right, the only voice over language you have installed is the Brazilian one and you haven't tried any of the rest (English, Portuguese e.t.c.). I am assuming you own the PC version of the game.
Are you using an external/dedicated audio card or the motherboard build-in chip?
Can you post a screenshot of your audio device settings [Realtek Control Panel/ 3rd party (Asus, Creative) Audio settings e.t.c.]?
Feel free to ask me any technical/procedure details.

Tried other languages, they work fine. It seems the br language pack installer is corrupted. Installed the game again and the problem persists.

Thanks for the help anyway, Fate-is-one-edge.
Finally it works. I moved the language pack to the same partition where the game is and installed.

Hi M3troid.
Thanks for sharing the solution. Good to know it works properly now that all the files are under the same folder.
May I ask how the language pack got installed in another folder, on a different partition?
Because if I get it right you could solve the problem by just Verifying/Repairing the game files through GOG Galaxy.
