Hi

I've completed the game and had the dialog box show about starting NG+. Followed the instructions to the letter, but when I go back to the main menu to start a new game the option for NG+ is not available. I have the latest version of the game and as far as I know all the free DLC that goes with it.

I am presuming there is something missing from the files though which is why it isn't activating. Can anybody shed any light on as to what might be the issue and how I can solve it?

^ That's a very telling statement. New Game Plus is part of the 16 free DLC package, so... do you, or don't you?

Just check in your GOG account to ensure you have the DLC package loaded.
