So where is the patch that adds new game + and all the fixes ?

Steam has had it for 2 days now and still no sign of it on gog galaxy ?

Or have I just not found the option to turn on new game + ? I cant find it.

In case you use the client or... well, you have to install it as every other DLC before...
go "configure" your game in your library and check the box, that says "New Game +". You can download/activate it on GOG since yesterday.

if you've done that, it's a little work to do. First you need to make a savegame manually by clicking on save game in the main menu, while you are in-game and you already finished the main story.
When done so, you start a new game, choose the difficulty, then you can decide whether to simulate a Witcher 2 savegame or import one, then you have also to choose in another step, if you want to play with tutorials or not ... and THEN, FINALLY you can check, if you want your game to be a NEW GAME + ...

Thanks a lot man, I didnt realize it was something you had to ENABLE in the DLC menu in the GOG client.
