First of all you need to post your pc spec, than maybe the community can help you.

As for me the answer is probably NO, but to be sure of that you can go on www.game-debate.com, that is a reliable site and check if you pc can run it, you can trust the results with a 10 % of error, it mean that if the result is that your GPU is 40 % less than the mini sys req, you are SURE, that you must do some changes in your PC.

There is one good news in this, as this is one of the most demanding games, if you build a new pc based on the pc specs asked for this game (Recommended System Requirements) you are sure that it will run mostly everything for at least 2 years maybe you can consider a GPU with 4 GB gddr5 and not 2

before you buy any component search a lot for a good price.

P.S. when i say some changes a good and heavy hammer is always involved. sorry but i'm against second hand components for pc
