i bought the map (feline armour upgrade 4)
completed the quest
i only got the upgrades for the swords
no upgrades for the armour

There's more than one map. All of the witcher gear quests are in multi parts with a trigger map for each.

ive done all 4 maps
the quests are finished
i am missing the mastercrafted armor upgrades
but when i go to the finished quest it shows that i completed it (IV)

To upgrade Witcher gear you must have the previous version of each item in your inventory. For example, to upgrade Wolf Gauntlets to Superior you must have Wolf Gauntlets Advanced in your inventory, as well as any other crafting items required. To upgrade to Mastercrafted you must have Superior items in your inventory AND you must go to the armourer at Crow's Perch (Yoana) after completing her quest to become master armourer.

i have the superiour armour and swords
but i only have diagrams for the swords
and ive completed her quest

i was clicking on fergus instead of yoana
i thought there was no diference XD

Clearly you weren't taking much notice during her quest to become the master armourer. :p
