I've been looking for a solution for a while. I did the A Deadly Plot quest and Roche won't show up under the Hangman tree. He's standing in the cave where him and his troops are hiding. I reloaded, went to talk to him, tried everything, but he won't show up at the tree at all. Any solution for this?
