I've searched for a guide so I could do it myself, but none have given me results.

There are of course mods which include what I seek (to some extent), however they also provide changes I'm not interested into.
What I'd like to mod is just the duration of the burning effect given by Igni, or just overal burn damage nerf.
I find it extremely easy to kill enemies just by burning them and I wish not to exclude myself from using Igni just for that reason.

I'm already playing on Death March with few handicaps, still... too easy.
I've read the burn DoT lasts 3 seconds.

Would anyone provide me with a mod or a guide to change the duration to 1 second?
