Man I have no idea how to describe this. I'll start by saying I downloaded the tracks included with my purchase of TW3 and didn't find it there. I'm in Novigrad, have been doing the main quests related to Ciri. One side quest in particular I recall hearing this track is when you're training that stuck up girl how to sword fight, and you come back the next day and you show her some stuff on the bridge. Anyway, I hadn't heard the song before. It sounds kind of slow, and there's a distorted female voice, not making and coherent sounds. Sounds sort of haunting. It's not a battle song. I'm wondering if it's available as part of some sort of extended release at all? Don't have high hopes for finding it as I can't really describe it much better than this, but just in case...

Edit: just for clarification I'm looking for the name so I can buy it.

If it's the track I'm thinking of, then unfortunately I don't believe it made it onto either of the official soundtrack releases. I've seen it labelled as "Outskirts of Novigrad" and "A Village on the Outskirts" (sometimes with the female vocals and sometimes without) on unofficial sites like YouTube. Mind you, I'm certainly not suggesting you resort to inappropriate/illegal channels to get it; I just wanted to help you find your answer since I too am lamenting that several pieces of music from this excellent soundtrack were left off the official releases--my own wish list would include the ambient music that plays when you are in the area just south of the southern wall of Novigrad, near Farcorners. If they ever release an official complete score, I'll buy it in a heartbeat!

Ah, I don't think it's released. I found it on a YouTube post of ambient Novigrad music. Man, wish they released all the tracks in an extended album on iTunes or something. I dig all of it.
