Hello. I'm stumped on the hand icon. I entered a ruin and found some things...great, I used witcher senses and saw a hand symbol and I cant figure out what I need to do to interact (and I did try the eye of nehaleni that Keira gives geralt). I know how to use it with bee nests , but I don't know what it means in this situation. Thanks for any help.

Can be something there for another quest, so you can see it but can't interact, until the quest it triggered, I find it too in some parts...

The ruins where Philippa Eilhart hides out are notorious for having one of these. Usually, if you find a hand icon, using Aard on it will work, but sometimes, because of the game engine, the hand will show on a level where it shouldn't (it's actually down below), as in the case noted above.
