How do I Get to Kaer Morhen to begin the wolf school gear quest because there are no sign posts to travel to and when you try to move there from another region the game stops you, so how do I get there to begin this quest?

You have to be level 14 to wear the Wolf gear, and you need to follow the main storyline to get to Kaer Morhen, so do just that: follow the main story. But you don't need to go there to actually start it. Just buy a treasure hunt scroll from Lindenvale (earliest possible) or one of the other vendors -- check your journal on downloadable content.

Hickory: You have to be level 14 to wear the Wolf gear, and you need to follow the main storyline to get to Kaer Morhen, so do just that: follow the main story. Go to the Tutorial tab (where you view inventory and such) and select Additional Content.
