So I just bought the B&W expansion, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. It isn't listed under the 'DLC's installed' tab, but it is marked as bought in the store.

I'm really confused and can't really find a clear answer. Has anyone encountered the same problem?

It's not separate. You will find the download in your normal Witcher 3 shelf. Or are you talking of Galaxy? If so, go to the 'More >>' tab and check there.
