I don't think there is one built into the game. At least that I know of.
But I have been using free version of Fraps. Which can show it very well.
Or Nvidia Shadowplay if you have it. Part of GeForce Experience.

TYVM, I'll go look for Shadowplay as I do have Geforce experience installed

If you have steam installed, you can add the game into your directory and play it from there with the FPS counter turned on.
just use the add none steam game option.
