I am trying to reinstall Witcher 3 because when I tired to play the game after installing the patch the game would run in the background but not appear on screen. Now when I try to re-download it I get the error message. How do I fix this? I am super frustrated so any help is welcome.

Error code -7 means that you have not uninstalled a previous version properly or completely. Go to Control Panel and make sure that you completely uninstall TW3 and any DLCs. Then, and only then, re-download the installer and re-install.

How do I delete this bin file? It has the witcher 3 application which I uninstalled.

Edit: Actually what had happened is it was running in the background which prevented the bin from beiong deleted. It is now gone and I am installing all the files again.
