So I played W3 again with just the hearts of stone and I encountered this by Oxenfurt. this house plus the Borsodi auction house don't have walls, and I think the well mesh is also missing. what do I do?

if you use galaxy, try the verify/repair option

When i encoutered Caranthir bossfight he was just standing there doing nothing and i couldnt do any dmg to him, it was always like 0.55 dmg with critical hit. After restart Caranthir started to move and damage me, but i still cant do any dmg to him. What do I do?
