As u can see in topic I can`t see my witcher on gog galaxy when im on my laptop. It`s not in my library. I`ve installed the game from CD but in my laptop i havent got such. Do you know how to solve it? Additionally my brother lost card with CD-key ! Help plz

Are you using the same account on both computers? It should be listed.

You see all your other games the same on both machines? Silly question, but the laptop has a good internet connection, correct? It would be able to reach your GOG account for the update?

(Also, if I have learned anything from years of reading forums it is that brothers (especially little brothers) should be kept away from all your game-related stuff. ;) )

Maybe, since you bought it on Disc, its not registered with your gog account yet.

Internet works well both Wifi and wired :).

Im trying to keep him away from this kind of things :D but sometimes its impossible :).

Its a few days since I`ve installed the game and its of course the same account.
Should I call CDP for help ???

Maybe they unlock the game if you send them a picture of the box with a handwritten and signed piece of paper containing your email adress used on your gog account.

Losing the CD-Key is really a bad thing.

Should you find it again, you can try to register it on gog.com. Like I said, maybe the game is not linked to your account, maybe it just added it to galaxy.
