It seems I have to click one dlc then wait for it to download and install.
Then click on another and wait for download.

Is there a way to just select them all ? Its kind of tedious to sit here watching the download bar as I click each one.
You could use GOG Galaxy or the GOG downloader (yes it still exists).
GoG Galaxy downloads them all with the game, plus the latest updates.
If the game has already downloaded then it does this one at a time thing that un2114 described. This just happened to me when I reinstalled recently.

An "apply" button would be nice to avoid 16 click-and-waits.

To answer your question; no, it doesn't look like it.
Yup OP is correct.

Using galaxy and going in to select each thing requires waiting for each individual item to download.
Galaxy really should queue dlcs, etc as well as the whole games!

Yea at least let us click the check boxes to add them into the download queue.
Once you click one of them you cant select another until that one installs.

Oh well its really just a minor annoyance.

You can download the whole pack from a torrent site. But of course, you have to install them manually after that (even if it only takes a few seconds each one)..

True. I still hope they add it. :-)
It'd be really nice if they wrap up all DLC in a single installer.

That's not a good idea.
For instance I dislike the bloody new finishers and the new gwent cards... as well as the new outfit for ciri.

So I'd add all but those; if it was a full install or none, that'd really suck.
It's certainly possible to make a single file with a bunch of checkboxes, a "select all" and "select none" button and the ability to tick your own.

That way also we'd not have 16 installed program icons in Windows.

Using something like the "IDM" (internet download manager) you can select each file and - without waiting for the download to actually happen - have the IDM perform the download.

Fast, reliable, works with most any kind of data that can be downloaded.

Good luck...
