So i read a new outfit for yen was part of DLC No. 3. Unfortunately i have no idea how to activate it.
FYI, i dont use GOG galaxy. just the normal download section of GOG.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There is a new ingame Menu for DLC Selection. I had no trouble finding it. Something like Options/Downloadable Content - from the Main menu?

Download the DLC, install it, start up the game and now there should be something about DLC. From there you can enable/disable her alternate look. ^_^

The new look is activated by default when you install it.
If you haven't downloaded any of the free DLC's read the sticky.

I kinda was inferring that, since the dlc was free, it came with the updates. :)
