Yes, you get one in the retail box. From the FAQ:

I'm hating you so much right now!! I went after one of those so hard and couldn't get one. I initially pre-ordered mine through Game in the UK and was then later told that they were deliberately over selling them to get the deposits, which were non refundable. If they can't supply the preorder they give you a gift card for the deposit, rather than your money back. So essentially they're making huge amounts of money immorally. Once i learnt that i swore never to buy from them again.

Course by then they were sold out on Amazon as well :(

I really wish publishers would stop supplying games to stores that deliberately oversell games to rip off fans. But i also wish they'd produce more of the collectors editions. My local Game apparently has over 400 preorders for collectors eds, but are only getting 5.
