how do i download the dx12 version? why is this is complicated? cdRed strikes again. i cant play a game i paid for, smh

Did you downloaded Witcher 3 Next Gen? If yes then this game have two directX mode avaiable in game folder. You can access from there or change config in GOG galaxy game luncher settings, here is more about it:
