Hi everyone,
I just installed the game in a new computer and when I press the "Play button", it becomes grey and then green again, and the game doesn't start. Has anyone had the same problem? Thanks in advance!

Try to launch the game outside Galaxy and see if an error message occurs.

I already try that also and the message is something like "This application cannot be loaded in this computer"

Sound like antivirus is blocking execution. Temporarily disable your antivirus.

Maybe your PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements?
Please write your PC specs.

Thank you all for your help, I finally solved the problem. I installed Windows 32bits by mistake and the game doesn't work with that.
