Its the DX12 "wrapper" for me
Witcher 3 works fine on DX11

so for now just fall back on DX11

Does the Witcher 3 GOTY Classic version work?

There was just an update to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition this week.

Maybe the the crashing issue was addressed.
